He is presently practicing Criminal Defense work in State and Federal Court, with over 18 years of experience, devoted almost exclusively to Criminal Defense. In addition to Criminal Defense, David is well versed in Family Law after taking care of his own divorce in May 2013.

Britney is originally from California and attended Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. She was a former Division I athlete and was also a collegiate cheerleader. She moved to Jacksonville, Florida to obtain her Juris Doctorate at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated in the top 16% percent. While obtaining her law degree, she worked for the United States Attorney’s Office and the Office of the State Attorney in Jacksonville, Florida. Further, she received multiple Dean’s List and Dean’s Scholar certificates based on her academic performance and was awarded with a Family Law Certificate and Pro Bono Honors by the time she graduated.
Britney Sanford-Soles, Esquire
Associate Attorney Chuck Fletcher attended the University of Florida as an undergraduate, and then graduated from The Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1997. Mr. Fletcher is currently practicing Criminal Defense work in State, Federal, and the Appellate Court, with over 100 jury trials and 18+ years of experience. Jennifer L. Pinkham, FRP, Office Manager & Senior Paralegal
Jennifer Pinkham is originally from Lake City, Florida and relocated to Jacksonville in 1998. Ms. Pinkham graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville with an Associate in Science degree in Paralegal Studies. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Ms. Pinkham joined our firm in October 2008 after working at the Duval County Courthouse. She is registered as a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar. Ms. Pinkham is a valuable asset to the firm where she can utilize her years of legal experience and education.
